Bouwinvest appoints Mark Siezen to succeed Dick van Hal as CEO

Mark Siezen will succeed Dick van Hal as CEO of Amsterdam-based real estate investment company Bouwinvest.

Van Hal has led Bouwinvest for 14 years, following a career as director and investment manager at various financial institutions. Siezen joined Bouwinvest as chief client officer in November 2020.

“This is a natural moment to hand over the baton. COVID-19 is behind us, we have set up client management, the risk management organization is at a higher level, and the real estate portfolios at home and abroad are in good shape. The planning cycle for 2023 starts this autumn and Mark can now take responsibility for that. As of 1 September, it will be time for me to strike out on new paths,” said Dick van Hal.
