Bourne Financial, Park Avenue Lifestyle JV brings $70m senior housing to Maryland
In partnership with the Bob Bourne and Bourne Financial Group, Orlando-based Park Avenue Lifestyle is set to open a 160-unit senior housing residence at James Run, a 108-acre mixed-use development in Harford County, Md, according to various media outlets.
The $70 million, 160-apartment project will include a memory-care neighborhood, on-site fitness center offering health and wellness programming, various multi-use space for events and activities, multiple outdoor courtyards and walking paths providing connectivity to the community. Residents will have access to a range of dining options including an in-house restaurant and pub. James Run is expected to accommodate about 1,500 residents by 2025. The development by JEN Partners already has sold about 190 single-family and townhomes and leased more than 25,000 square feet of retail space.
