BNP Paribas REIM starts distribution in Italy

As part of its international development, BNP Paribas REIM announced the launch of the distribution of BNP Paribas Diversipierre in Italy.

BNP Paribas Diversipierre is a French OPCI Grand Public that was launched in 2014 and managed by BNP Paribas REIM France. It offers an investment solution 100 percent linked to the real estate sector with a high liquidity, reserved to professional clients who have the possibility to make investments or divestments every two weeks. The fund’s portfolio is composed of invested properties (65 percent), shares of listed REIT’s (14.5 percent) and covered bonds (14.5 percent), with the remainder cash and equivalents. As of end of March 2022, BNP Paribas Diversipierre has a total of €2.6 billion ($2.7 billion) asset under management.
