BMO Real Estate Partners Strengthens its European Asset Management Team in Paris

BMO Real Estate Partners has appointed Benjamin Duprat as European asset manager to accompany the increasing volume of assets under management in Europe.

Duprat will focus on prime high-street retail assets under management for BMO REP European Retail funds, representing a total value of €1 billion ($1.1 billion) in eight countries, and an average lot size of €45 million ($50 million) per property.

Duprat has more than five years of experience in real estate asset management. He previously worked at Liberty Management in Paris, where he gained high competence by taking care of a €400 million ($440 million) portfolio and successfully implementing value-creation initiatives in France and Benelux.
