Blue Vista markets fourth real estate fund

Blue Vista Capital Management has a fourth fund in the market, according to an SEC filing. Blue Vista Real Estate Partners IV aims to raise $400 million.

Blue Vista was founded in 2002 in Chicago to work with investors and developers of all real property types across the United States and select international markets. To date, Blue Vista has participated in direct investments and joint ventures representing more than $5.25 billion in total capitalization. Collectively, the senior professionals have completed more than $25 billion in real estate transactions and have more than 150 years of experience in the field.
