Sei-Hyun Kwon has joined Blue Vista Capital Management as head of Asia Pacific region, marking the firm’s first formal on-the-ground presence in the region.
Kwon, who will be based in Seoul, will work closely with Blue Vista’s global leadership team to support long-term engagement across the Asia Pacific region and to serve as a local point of contact for investment partners and industry stakeholders.
Kwon brings more than 14 years of experience in global real estate investment and capital markets. Before joining Blue Vista, he served as an executive vice president at IGIS Asset Management, South Korea’s largest real estate asset manager, where he focused on global real estate investments across the United States and Europe.
