Brandon Honey has joined Chicago-based real estate investment firm Blue Vista Capital Management as senior vice president of capital markets.
Honey previously served as vice president of capital markets at Green Courte Partners, where he sourced, closed and managed financing for Green Courte’s real estate investments. Prior to that, Honey held various commercial real estate lending roles at Wells Fargo in the United States and Canada over the course of seven years.
In his new role, Honey will be responsible for executing debt capital markets strategies and sourcing debt for the firm’s middle-market and student housing investment products.
