Blue Vista Capital Management has plans to build Theory Gainesville, an 861-bed student housing building located less than a half mile from the University of Florida (UF) campus in Gainesville, Fla.
Recently, Square Mile Capital Management closed a $93 million loan to finance the construction of Theory Gainesville.
