Blue Owl has registered its first interval fund, Blue Owl Alternative Credit Fund, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Blue Owl Alternative Credit Fund will focus on alternative credit assets, with the goal of generating income and long-term capital appreciation. It will invest in private debt, asset-based finance, loans, bonds and securitized products. The fund will seek untraditional credit markets that offer higher risk and returns.
Blue Owl is an alternative asset manager based in New York City. As of Dec. 31, 2024, it had more than $250 billion in total assets under management.
