The Bloomfield Capital Income Fund V, managed by Bloomfield Capital Partners, has raised $81.6 million, according to an SEC Form D filed Oct. 31.
Bloomfield Capital Income Fund V invests in real estate debt in the United States.
The value-add fund, which launched a year ago, was backed by 24 investors.
