Bloom International plans $180m residential project near Minneapolis

Bloom International Realty has plans to develop a $180 million mixed-use project in Rochester, Minn., along the Zumbro River, according to news sources.

The development will include two residential towers. The first tower will include 215 senior living units. Once the first phase is completed, construction will begin on the second tower, which will have 181 hotel rooms and 132 condominium units, according to news sources.

Pittsburgh-based architecture firm AE7 is designing the project.
