Blackstone Group is in exclusive talks to take office developer SOHO China Ltd. private in a $4 billion deal, reporter Reuters.
SOHO China’s investment properties were valued at $8.78 billion as of June 2019. The developer has been actively selling its assets across China, selling eight office projects in Beijing and Shanghai, with a plan to invest overseas.
