Blackstone Group is in talks to acquire Prologis’ Platform Portfolio for £480 million (€524 million/$619 million), reported media outlets, PropertyWeek and Property EU.
The portfolio consists of 22 U.K. assets, with locations including Screwfix, Cadbury, Wincanton, Siemens, Fujitsu, Scottish Power and Tesco.
