St. Modwen Properties, which is owned by funds managed by Blackstone, has acquired a £180 million (€212 million/$240 million) portfolio of urban warehouses from Argo Real estate.
The portfolio consists of eight properties, mostly in London with one in Manchester, totaling 717,000 square feet.
In May 2021, Blackstone acquire St. Modwen Properties for $1.7 billion.
