Blackstone Group has agreed to buy the warehouse properties of U.K. grocer Asda for about £1.7 billion (€2.0 billion/$2.4 billion), according to media outlets.
The portfolio consists of 25 properties spanning about 7 million square feet. The properties are leased to the grocer on a 25-year, triple-net lease.
