Blackstone has entered into a scheme implementation agreement to acquire Australia-based Investa Office Fund for A$3.08 billion ($2.3 billion), according to Reuters.
Investa Office Fund is an Australia-listed real estate investment trust with a portfolio of 20 downtown office assets in Sydney and other cities.
IREN reported Blackstone’s third bid in May.
