BlackRock recently published a new report, The New Infrastructure Blueprint, outlining the opportunity and need for private markets investment in infrastructure as societies navigate an evolving world requiring significant infrastructure development.

Among the report’s key takeaways:

The rise in remote work, video streaming and artificial intelligence has raised the demand for resilient and secure infrastructure, such as more powerful data centers.
