BlackRock has raised an additional $52.9 million for its Asia Property Fund V, according to a form filed with the SEC on Dec. 4. The capital raise involved 13 investors.
BlackRock Asia Property Fund V opened to investors in September 2019 and reached its first close in January 2020 with $500 million in capital commitments.
The value-add fund invests in commercial real estate assets in Australia, Japan, Singapore, China and Hong Kong.
