Denver-based DPC Cos. has acquired the fully occupied, 35,403-square-foot property located at 2655 E. Magnolia St. in Phoenix for $2.825 million from Orange County, Calif.-based BKM Capital Partners.
Situated on 2.56 acres, the single-tenant industrial building was constructed in 1984. It is located near Interstate 10 and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
In February, BKM acquired an 11-property industrial portfolio for $425 million. The properties are located throughout Western United States in Phoenix, Portland and California.
