Bixby Land Co. announced that it has acquired Crossroads Distribution Center Buildings 100 and 200 — two fully leased, class A industrial buildings totaling 423,056 square feet in Jacksonville, Fla.
JLL worked on behalf of the seller to complete the sale.
The distribution center is situated immediately adjacent to the interchange of Interstate 295, which serves as Jacksonville’s beltway and offers exceptional connectivity to the port, airport and downtown. Crossroad’s strategic location also provides tenants rapid access to dense population centers in Florida and the entire Southeast U.S.
In addition, Crossroads is located within the Westside submarket which features dense institutional ownership and credit tenancy.
