The 222,382-square-foot facility is positioned within the Elm Hill Pike/Interstate 40 submarket of Nashville, providing access to major southeast and northeast markets.
Key features include 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler system, 21 dock-high doors with eight additional knock-out panels for future expansion, two drive-in doors, 135-foot to 185-foot truck court, 32 trailer parking spaces and 2,500 square feet of speculative office space.
