Bison has signed a 15-year water gathering and disposal agreement with Houston-based Marathon Oil Company, a subsidiary of Marathon Oil Corporation.
Under the agreement, Bison will exclusively manage all of Marathon's produced water infrastructure, as well as any future acreage operated by Marathon within a 5.4 million-acre dedicated area, according to Bison.
Bison is the largest privately held energy solutions company in Oklahoma and the top provider of water midstream solutions in the state.
The company is also a market-leader in trucking and logistics, environmental services, pipeline construction, and midstream manufacturing and fabrication, as well as a wide range of other energy infrastructure solutions.
