Berkeley Partners, a San Francisco– and Dallas-based value-add real estate investment firm, has collected $312.7 million for its fifth industrial fund, according to a recent SEC filing.
Berkeley Partners Value Industrial Fund V opened to investors in March and has picked up 19 investors, according to the filing. Berkeley Partners’ flagship strategy is to invest in local infill, multi-tenanted, light industrial urban core properties in growing U.S. markets.
The fund is seeking to raise $400 million in capital commitments.
Berkeley Partners could not be reached to comment on its fundraising activities at the time of publication.
