Berkeley Partners buys three Greater Boston industrial properties

Berkeley Partners has purchased three industrial properties for $43.3 million. The seller was Calare Properties.

The assets include 417 South St. in Marlborough, Mass., acquired for $14.2 million; and 385 Myles Standish Blvd. in Taunton, Mass. and 431 Washington St. in Franklin, Mass., acquired for a combined $29.1 million.

417 South St. in Marlborough is a 145,600-square-foot, first class warehouse/flex building that is 87 percent leased to seven tenants. Constructed in 2012, the property offers more than 20-foot clear height, ample loading/parking and expansion potential. The building is conveniently located within three miles of Interstate 495, Interstate 290 and Interstate 90, allowing access to amenities in the surrounding area as well as proximity to Boston and Providence, R.I.
