Bulk Infrastructure Holding, a data center, fiber network developer and operator, and logistics real estate developer in the Nordic region, has partnered with real estate investment manager BentallGreenOak (BGO).
BGO has committed NOK 1.5 billion ($172 million) to support the growth of Bulk Infrastructure’s core lines of business, joining major shareholders Bulk Industrier and Geveran in securing capital for the company’s expansion. BGO and existing shareholders will make a series of capital injections starting in January 2021.
The partners are planning to invest in the development of Bulk Infrastructure’s 3 million-square-meter (32.2 million-square-foot) N01 Data Center Campus in south Norway.
