Bentall Kennedy has paid $109.6 million to IMT Capital for ownership rights to Alameda Station, a class A, 338-unit multifamily complex in Denver.

The acquisition was made on behalf of its U.S. core open-end fund, Multi-Employer Property Trust (MEPT), which is managed by NewTower Trust Co., a trustee for Bentall Kennedy.

Formed in 1982, MEPT is a commingled real estate equity vehicle that invests in a diversified portfolio of core institutional-quality assets in the United States.
