Bender Cos. acquires Arrive Town Center in Vernon Hills, Ill.

Bender Cos., a vertically integrated multifamily investment firm, has purchased Arrive Town Center, located in Chicago’s elite northern suburb of Vernon Hills.

Built in 2010, the mixed-use property features 85 luxury apartment homes, quality in-unit and community amenities, 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and a suburban location with award-winning schools and a thriving labor market.
