Bell Apartment Fund VII close to raising largest fund to date

Bell Partners has raised $150 million more for its seventh apartment fund since January, a new filing with the SEC shows. The fund has collected a total of $720 million in capital commitments against a target of $810 million.

Bell Apartment Fund VII has added six new investors since the beginning of 2020. In the previous filing, the fund had secured $570 million from a total of 19 investors. Among these are the Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System and the Montana Board of Investments.
