A joint venture between The Beach Co. and Samet Corp. has sold 7770 Palmetto Commerce Parkway, a 196,540-square-foot, class A industrial facility in Charleston, S.C., for $28.6 million.
The new owner is INDUS Realty Trust.
Michael Gamzon, president and CEO of INDUS, commented, “We are very excited to enter Charleston, a market that has a fast-growing population, a meaningful manufacturing base and the Port of Charleston, which has undergone a recent expansion. We believe that these multiple drivers of demand will support the continued strong growth in Charleston’s industrial/logistics sector.”
7770 Palmetto Commerce Parkway is situated at an infill location adjacent to Interstate 26, which provides seamless connectivity to Interstates 526 and 95 and the surrounding region. The property also benefits from its direct access to Charleston’s world-class logistics infrastructure, which includes Charleston International Airport (CHS) and the Port of Charleston
