Brad Management has sold The Lakes, a 102-unit property in Concord, Calif., for $26.8 million to Ruder Family Investments, a prominent Bay Area family trust.
Commercial Observer reported The Lakes was owned by an entity named Alameda Buena Vista Investors, LLC, which is managed by an individual investor named Jerry Wise, who also works for Marcus & Millichap, which negotiated the sale.
Constructed between 1967 and 1968 on 3.6 acres, The Lakes features 102 garden-style apartments. The complex is a 10-minute walk from Diablo Valley College and the Concord Bay Area Rapid Transit station.
