Barwood Capital has announced its biggest fundraise target for its Growth Fund VI, a six-year closed-end vehicle designed to capitalize on the profound industrial, technological, occupational and economic shifts defined as the United Kingdom’s Fourth Industrial Revolution.
The fund is targeting £300 million ($400 million), with a hard cap of £400 million ($534 million), making it the largest fundraise by Barwood to date in its Growth Fund series. Growth Fund VI continues the company’s long-standing track record in U.K. industrial and logistics real estate.
Growth Fund VI launched early first quarter 2026, and will be fundraising throughout the year, with a final close planned for second quarter 2027.
