Barry Schanker has been appointed to the Editorial Advisory Board of Real Assets Adviser.
Schanker serves as managing director, head of private wealth at CIM Group. Before joining CIM, he was managing director, head of wealth solutions and client portfolio management at FS Investments, where he oversaw private wealth investments and client support programs.
Prior to joining FS Investments, Schanker served as managing director, head of U.S. wealth at Man Group, where he led distribution and national accounts while supporting the company’s expansion into the high-net-worth private investor space. He has also served at Skybridge Capital, Citigroup Alternative Investments and Salomon Smith Barney.
