Barings Real Estate, part of Barings, a global real estate investment manager, has appointed Jere Fredriksson as head of real estate transactions in Finland.
In his role, Fredriksson will be responsible for supporting the development and growth of Barings’ platform in Finland through the sourcing of transactions across the risk spectrum from core to value add.
Fredriksson brings more than 10 years’ experience in real estate and joins Barings from LocalTapiola Real Estate Asset Management, where he worked across transactions and portfolio and investment management involving a range of asset classes. Prior to this, Fredriksson spent two years at NCC Property Development, a real estate development company in the Nordics.
Barings’ real estate platform in Finland has assets under management of circa €700 million ($tk million).
