Balfour Beatty Communities, a national residential real estate investment and management company, announced the successful acquisition of River Pointe, a premier multifamily community in Conroe, Texas.
River Pointe is a 300-unit, gated, garden-style community. The property features a range of apartment configurations, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Layouts include large patios, tall ceilings, walk-in closets, gourmet kitchens and stainless-steel appliances.
Following the acquisition, a series of enhancements to the apartment interiors and common areas are planned for implementation. River Pointe is located near major employers and retail centers.
