Aviva Investors acquires office property in Munich

by Kali Persall

Aviva Investors has entered the Munich market with the acquisition of a 27,000-square-meter (290,625-square-foot) office property in the Landsberger Strasse 302–312.

According to news reports, Aviva acquired the property, known as Spektrum, on behalf of one of its clients. Financial terms were not disclosed.

“With a diversified and strong tenant mix, and its location in the excellent office submarket of Laim, we believe Spektrum can offer our clients a secure and stabilized income stream,” said Gregoire Bailly Salins, head of transactions, Continental Europe. “We are pleased to have been able to complete a further transaction off-market, and particularly as it represents our first acquisition of an office asset in Munich, one of the most established and sought-after core locations in Germany.”

The property is located near the S-Bahn station Laim and provides easy access to both Munich city center and the airport. It is fully leased to several tenants.
