Avignon Capital, a European property investment firm and asset manager, has launched Platinum Property Management in a joint venture with McCafferty Asset Management.
Avignon Capital formed a strategic partnership in response to the gap in the market for a high-quality Pan-European property management service.
Platinum Property Management will offer a flexible and tailored approach and will act as the link between landlord and tenant to improve services by building stronger relationships and providing an all-encompassing real estate solution. Platinum’s services will build on McCafferty’s strong accountancy knowledge and will include service charge management, rent collection, lease administration, property maintenance as well as strategic advice on matters related to tenants and landlords.
Platinum will manage a portfolio of U.K. and European real estate assets and will be on the ground to provide a hands-on approach with offices in London, Manchester, Berlin, Munich and Zurich. An additional office in the Netherlands will be opened in 2018.
Platinum will utilize McCafferty’s existing infrastructure, and clients will benefit from the combined asset and property management capabilities. The partnership will ensure that the management of properties is tightly aligned to overall asset management strategies and will ultimately improve services and returns for clients.
