AviaRent AG has acquired a senior care center in Diemelstadt, Germany, for its open-end property fund, CareVision IV.
The seller was advised by the law firm Wirfs. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Lustgarten, the 5,200-square-meter (56,000-square-foot) inpatient senior care center at Holpergrund 9–11 in Diemelstadt, has 139 care places in 43 single and 48 twin rooms as well as a car park with 21 outdoor parking spaces. Residents’ amenities include an in-house café with sun terrace, gardens, a library, and common rooms for a wide range of activities, such as therapeutic events, social events and church services. The center is operated by Alloheim Senioren Residenzen Zweite SE & Co. KG.
