Aventicum Real Estate Partners Europe II at €300m

Aventicum Real Estate has completed the final closing of its Aventicum Real Estate Partners Europe II fund, with €300 million ($364 million) in equity commitments.

The fund was backed by existing investors, top tier institutional investor relationships and family offices across the globe.

Aventicum Real Estate Partners Europe II follows a value-add-plus strategy by acquiring undermanaged properties at compelling and defensive entry values in desirable locations that will benefit from proactive asset management, according to Aventicum. The firm focuses on the multifamily, for-sale residential and student housing sectors, in addition to hospitality, on a more selective basis.
