Australia’s Arrow Capital Partners appoints head of Germany

Arrow Capital Partners, an investor and operator of real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has appointed Danilo Hunker as head of Germany.

In this role, Hunker will be responsible for managing Arrow’s investment business in Germany, working closely with Christian Bearman and Katherine Parker, partners in the European business.

Hunker, head of Germany at Arrow Capital Partners, added “We are currently at a crucial phase in the real estate investment cycle in Germany as yields narrow in many of the core markets. As a result, investors are looking for opportunities in the more peripheral markets where good asset selection is of critical importance and relies on excellent market knowledge. As an owner and operator of assets, Arrow Capital Partners is unencumbered by artificially set investment horizons and is therefore in an excellent position to invest in opportunities across Germany.”
