Australian Unity has teamed up with investment manager MaxCap Group and UniLodge with plans to develop a A$1 billion ($635 million) portfolio of accommodation facilities, with the seed asset already acquired in Perth, reported the Australia Financial Review.
The 30-story tower will open in time for the 2026 first semester at Edith Cowan University. It will total 732 beds.
