AtlasEdge has acquired 12 data centers in Europe from hyperscape-provider Colt DCS.
The portfolio includes data centers in key tier-1 and tier-2 markets across Europe, including Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Copenhagen, Hamburg, London, Madrid, Milan, Paris and Zurich. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal brings AtlasEdge’s portfolio to more than 100 data centers across 11 countries in Europe. AtlasEdge said the acquisition expands the company’s coverage, accelerates time to market in several new geographies, and establishes a collaboration between AtlasEdge and Colt Data Centre Services.
