Atlas Corp. has forged a new joint venture partnership with ZE Group to develop and commercialize global maritime and power projects.
“This strategic partnership will facilitate the development and execution of quality growth projects and long-term value creation for our shareholders,” said Bing Chen, president and CEO of Atlas, in a statement.
The joint venture will leverage the attributes of four companies to develop and commercialize projects.
The Atlas Corp. global platform will combine Seaspan’s deep maritime experience and financial strength as a major containership owner and operator, with APR Energy’s fast power solutions, providing a bridge to permanent power and emerging technologies.
