Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners secures $133m for fourth real estate fund

New York City–based Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners has raised $133.3 million for its closed-end Atlantic Creek Real Estate Fund IV, according to a recent filing with the SEC.

Targeting $300 million, the fund will invest in multifamily, office and retail properties in the United States. A total of 66 investors have backed the fund, which opened to investors in March.

Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners is a private commercial real estate investment firm which co-sponsors a series of funds for third-party investors with the intent of acquiring direct interests in commercial real estate assets.

Since its founding in 2008, Atlantic Creek has invested in more than 40 commercial real estate assets representing some $1.7 billion in value, consisting of 7,300 multifamily units and 2.5 million square feet of commercial space.
