Asterion Industrial Partners has partnered with fiber provider MS3 to build out a full-fiber network in England.
MS3’s full-fiber rollout will enable access to enhanced digital infrastructure and help to reduce the digital divide by making fiber more affordable in Hull and surrounding areas. The network will serve more than 500,000 homes and businesses in the Northern part of England.
In connection with the partnership, MS3 has appointed three new members to its executive team. Guy Miller joins as CEO, Zarif Imam joins as CFO, and Chris Byrd joins as CTO.
