Asia Pacific investors poised for comeback as sentiment improves

As many markets across the Asia Pacific region begin to ease restrictions on personal and business activities following lockdowns due to the COVID-19 pandemic, commercial real estate investor sentiment has improved, and there has been a gradual pickup in investment enquiries and decision making, according to CBRE Research’s latest report Viewpoint: New Buying Opportunities Whet Investor Appetite.

While new acquisition opportunities have arisen as a result of the upending of real estate fundamentals and a broader economic reset, investors will have to adopt different strategies from the past.
