Investment activity in the Asia Pacific region reached $30.7 billion in the fourth quarter last year, snapping four straight quarters of decline, according to JLL. An increase of 12 percent quarter-on-quarter, rounded off the year which saw $129 billion in transactions recorded.
Despite full-year volumes falling 27 percent from 2021, China and Japan picked up pace in a significant way in the latest quarter.
