ASB names three new vice presidents in Capital Investments Group

ASB Real Estate Investments has promoted three senior investment associates to vice presidents in the company’s Capital Investments Group, responsible for valuing, underwriting and due diligence of property acquisitions as well as oversight of existing investments.

Mary Murphy joined ASB in 2014 after working as an underwriting and production analyst for Prudential Mortgage Capital Co. and a data analyst of LIHTC syndications at Integratec Services, a CohnReznick subsidiary.

Michael Wiest, who joined the company in 2012, is also assistant portfolio manager for the Meridian Real Estate Fund series, ASB’s value creation vehicle. Prior to joining ASB, he spent two years as an investment banking analyst with Milestone Advisors.

Thomas Wood joined ASB in 2015 after three years as an associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s (formerly Cassidy Turley) Washington investment sales team.
