Arrow makes acquisitions in the Netherlands

Arrow Capital Partners, an investor and operator of real estate in Europe and Asia Pacific, has acquired two new assets in Nieuw-Vennep in the Randstad region in the Netherlands for its €3 billion ($3.6 billion) Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) platform.

Nieuw-Vennep is 30 kilometers (19 miles) southwest of Amsterdam Central Station and 13 kilometers (8 miles) from Schiphol Airport.

The assets are:

Pesetaweg 20, which was built in 2004 and provides modern logistics space of 4,218 square meters (45,402 square feet). It is leased to Nederland Express, a Chinese company providing logistics services between China and the Netherlands. The asset was previously occupied by Kuehne & Nagel. Noorderdreef 68-78, which was built in 1983 and has recently been refurbished providing light industrial space of 5,937 square meters (63,905 square feet). It is fully leased to four tenants, including a logistics provider and a fashion retailer.
