Arrow Capital Partners, an investor and operator of real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has appointed Katherine Parker as partner and head of investment management, Europe.
In this role, Parker will be responsible for all aspects of investment strategy, transactions, fund and asset management across Europe.
Joining from Tesco Pension Investment where she was senior fund manager and head of United Kingdom and Europe, Parker has more than 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry focused on investment, asset management, debt and fund management activities for several funds in multiple jurisdictions.
Previously, she was a senior fund manager at Valad Europe, where she invested in France, Germany and the United Kingdom across the office, retail, leisure and logistics sectors. She was responsible for all aspects of stock selection, acquisition, financing and the asset management process for several funds and mandates.
Backed by AMB Capital, one of Australia’s largest family offices, Arrow Capital Partners targets equity and debt opportunities, specializing in cross-border transactions where it can use its platform and balance sheet to invest with United States and Asia-Pacific investors into Europe, as well as European and U.S. investors into the Asia-Pacific region.
