Arise, a Swedish onshore wind farm developer, has signed an option to acquire Krange Vind and its 180-megawatt onshore wind portfolio in Solleftea, Sweden.
The portfolio comprises the Ranasjohojden and Salsjohojden wind farms in the north of the country. Arise will assume responsibility for and fund the continued development of the project for the purpose, according to news sources.
Arise expects to launch a sales process toward the end of 2019.
